Horizons of Hope

Horizons of Hope is a program created by The Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops to help guide family members through the process of palliative care. Dr. Moira McQueen was involved in its development along with many other experts to ensure that its content is relevant, compassionate, and comprehensive.
