In a repeated joint partnership, Hospice Toronto, the Institute for Life Course and Aging at the University of Toronto, the National Initiative for the Care of the Elderly (NICE) andthe Toronto Central Palliative Care Network cordially invite you to the annual World Hospice and Palliative Care Day Special Seminar
