Plan to update Canada's assisted-dying law needs rethink | Ottawa Citizen
The Canadian Catholic Bioethics Institute and Salt and Light TV invite you to attend a free lecture on June 19, 2010 at 11 am. The guest speaker is Most Rev. Anthony Fisher, OP, Bishop of Parramatta, Australia, who will discuss current bioethical dilemmas facing Australia. Bishop Fisher, a Dominican friar and ethicist, was Coordinator of World Youth Day 2008 in Sydney.
The event will be held in Room 400 (“Alumni 400”), Muzzo Family Alumni Hall, 121 St Joseph Street (Queen’s Park and St Joseph Street), University of St Michael’s College, Toronto.
The wheelchair entrance to the Muzzo Family Alumni Hall is located on the southeast rear corner of the building. Follow the sidewalk between the Kelly Library and Alumni Hall. This door is opened manually. There are no wheelchair-accessible washrooms.
